St. Innocent Winery is dedicated to producing distinctive, handcrafted, vineyard-designated wines that have unique personalities. The vision, direction, and passion that goes into the production of each wine comes from our founder and winemaker: Mark Vlossak.
"The science and craft of winemaking can be taught, but the feel or art is part of your soul."
The first ever single vineyard St. Innocent Pinot noir was the 1989 O'Connor Vineyard. In 2006, we returned to our roots by constructing our facility at the same vineyard which is now named Zenith.
It's takes a team. Between the tasting room, cellar, and administrative work, the effort is worthy of a celebratory toast. Here were are commemorating the 2015 harvest with our 2006 Blanc de blanc.
The winery is named after John Innocent Vlossak, Mark's father. Mark began tasting wine daily at the age of 7. He credits his father with instilling a love of wine, food, life, and community.
