Whites




This alsatian grape, a Chardonnay sibling, is rarely seen or grown in the US. It is often blended with Pinot blanc. Ripening early, it attains a lovely richness enhanced by fermenting in neutral French oak barrels and resting on the lees for eight months.

We produce Pinot gris in a style to accentuate the wine's texture, ripe fruit, and spice flavors without the influence of barrel aging. The wine was tank fermented and aged for six months on the lees then lightly filtered before bottling.
