What a wonderful experience! We had a flight of wine served with pairings of food for 4/5 samplings. The creative food pairings were delicious and definitely complimented the wines. Our wine server was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and vines. He answered all of our questions and definitely helped us understand how the grape varietals are developed. We bought a few bottles of Pinot to sip and savor once we arrive back home. Wonderful wine!
It’s a rare treat in life to meet a kind, generous, knowledgeable and selfless person and even more so when that person makes amazing wines! Mark Vlossak has a passion that shows in his quality of wines and in his sincerity of generously offering his time, truly one of the best visits to a winery I’ve ever experienced around the globe! Thank you!!!
What a great place! Delicious wine ranging from sparkling to a suite of Pinot Noir from several AVAs in the Willamette Valley. Great food pairings and a welcome espresso to get you through a long, hard day of wine tasting. Above all, the knowledge and enthusiasm of the soils, varietals, wine making process, aging, etc. is much appreciated.
The Sip & Savor Experience was so much fun. I absolutely love pairing wines with foods and they nailed it! The staff was kind and informative. Definitely one of our favorite wineries while honeymooning in the Willamette Valley! Thank you!!
Brian was amazing as our server. Very knowledgeable about the wine and winery itself. I’m not an experienced wine drinker, but the staff at St. Innocent made me and my girlfriends feel so comfortable and at home. I highly recommend!
We did a wine tasting and had the Cassoulet and the Bistro Board. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend stopping in.
Great scenery. Warm and inviting. Delicious wines with appealing looking menu that suggest pairings. Wonderful Service.
Our new favorite winery, low key and delicious food pairings! Did I mention the wine is extraordinary?
