You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from St. Innocent Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from St. Innocent Winery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
No minimum purchase is required. Placing and order does not guarantee supply. St. Innocent Winery reserves the right to limit the sale of any product.
You may cancel or modify your on-line order any time prior to the shipment of your wine. Once the wine leaves St. Innocent Winery, the sale is final and no refunds are allowed. We will replace "corked" bottles (excess TCA content) at no chage. State and local taxes for wine, food, merchandise, and/or freight may apply on shipments.
St. Innocent Winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN OREGON AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN OREGON. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Oregon. the buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing and order with your credit card or check, you authorize St. Innocent Winery to act on your behalf in processing and shipping the order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver your order.
Any sale, as well as any action or proceeding, related to or in connection with St. Innocent Winery shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Oregon. Any offer or sale of wine related to or in connection with St. Innocent Winery is subject to the provisions of the Oregon Liquor Control Act and Federal Alcohol Administration Act, and are offered and sold subject to the provisions of those laws.

What kind of information do we collect from you when you visit our site?
When you visit St. Innocent Winery's website, our stats package from Google collects some basic information about your browser. Examples are things like what type of browser and operating system are you using; how long did you stay on our site; what pages did you look at. This helps us understand how visitors browse our site, so that we can make their shopping experience better.
We also collect personal information about you when you check out of our store such as your name, address, postal code, phone number, etc. We need this information to process payment and ship merchandise to you.
Sharing of personal information- we don't do it.
Under no circumstances will we share any personal information that we collect with any third parties or web sites. All the information you give us is completely private and used solely for order processing and shipping. If you give us permission to send you marketing emails then we use your email for that purpose, but never does that email get sold or distributed to any other web site or list.

All the payment information we collect is done so under SSL - a standard internet security measure. Any data that we store about you is kept behind a secure firewall in our database and is not accessible to the public in any way.
Thank you for placing an order with St. Innocent Winery! It is our goal to ensure your wine arrives at your door in perfect condition. Wine is sensitive to temperature, especially Pinot noir, so we are careful about when and how we ship.
St. Innocent Winery uses FedEx for wine shipments. Shipping rates depend on number of bottles and location. Alaska and Hawaii locations require 2nd Day Air on all orders. Orders take 3-5 business days to process. Shipments require an additional 3-6 business days (when it is cool enough to ship). We can ship Overnight and 2-Day Air, but it is expensive. We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO Military and FPO Military addresses.
West Coast shipments generally go by Ground, except in the summer heat.
We recommend FedEx Ground only when the temperature is between 32º and 75º. For most of the US, this is during the Spring and Fall. For the extreme south, this limits shipments to December and January. If you want to ship by FedEx Ground and weather conditions when you place your order could damage your wine, we will hold your order and notify you that it is too warm or cold to ship by Ground.
When conditions do not allow shipment by FedEx Ground, we can often ship by FedEx 3-Day Air. However, if the temperature at your location is above 85º or well below freezing, your wine may still be damaged while on the final delivery truck. In this case we will notify you and hold your shipment until the temperature moderates.
