Happy New Year!

We wish everyone a very Happy New Year!  Our Tasting Room will be closed Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st.  We will resume our normal Tasting Room hours on Wednesday, January 2nd from 11:00 am - 5:00 pm.  We look forward to seeing everyone in 2019, while you enjoy a flight of our exceptional wine.

We found an ancient seabed below Enchanted Way Vineyard!

Construction crews digging the foundation for our new winery building discovered fossilized clams that are evidence of the ancient seabed that lies beneath our beautiful estate. What, you might ask, does this have to with vines and wines? This is actually a reassuring sign for the types of wines (especially Chardonnay) that Mark wants to create here at our Estate Vineyard in the coming years.

The type of sedimentary soils that we have planted our 15 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay might very well have kinship to the famous region of Chablis...

January 15, 2018 News Release from St. Innocent Winery   St. Innocent Winery has purchased a 47.5 acre property in the South Salem hills at 10052 Enchanted Way SE, Jefferson, OR. We are immersed in designing and constructing a new winery. The production facility will have many of the features of our current facility: gravity reception and bottling, and underground barrel storage built into the hillside. Our Tasting Room will be expanded with more diverse experiences for our customers at an ideal location close to the I-5 corridor.
